Simon brings with him over 22 years experience in residential real estate.  He has spent the majority of his career helping developers acquire, design, market and sell countless multi-family developments throughout Western Canada.  He’s been involved in some of the most well-known projects in Alberta and BC and has been the face of various Vancouver and Toronto developers in the province. Having owned his own real estate sales & marketing firm, Simon has lived through numerous economic cycles and can easily adapt and succeed in any market conditions.  Additionally, he has held roles as Sales Manager and VP of Sales for various local builders and led large sales teams in single family, multi-family and recreational home sales.  He leverages his extensive experience on the development side to help give his clients an added edge in their home buying and selling process.  An avid negotiator and deal maker, Simon joined the Top Calgary Real Estate Team after recognizing their unique business model as an industry leader. When not working (which is rare), Simon spends his time enjoying the outdoors with his wife; three children; and dog.
