Simon brings more than 22 years of residential real estate experience, most of it helping developers acquire, design, market and sell multi-family projects across Western Canada. He has represented some of Alberta's and BC's best-known developments and has owned his own real estate sales and marketing firm.
Having led large sales teams through several economic cycles, Simon knows how to succeed in any Calgary market. He uses that development-side insight to give buyers and sellers an edge on pricing, product and negotiation. Off the clock he is outdoors with his wife, three children and their dog.
