Justin Warthe

After rising to the top of the sales floor in high-end retail, he returned to his roots and began selling Calgary homes.
With more than a decade in sales and 12 years as a personal real estate investor, Justin brings a ground-up understanding of how homes are built, valued and sold. He leads the team's pricing strategy and negotiations, and he believes the fastest route to a great result is excellent service backed by a network of like-minded professionals.
Karth Sahadevan
REALTOR® · Partner English · TamilOriginally from Edmonton and a Calgarian since 2007, Karth served eight years as a Sergeant in the Canadian Forces and built two successful businesses before earning his real estate licence in 2010. That background shows in his discipline, work ethic and calm under pressure.
With a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics, Karth gives clients a clear read on where the Calgary market has been and where it is heading. Kent Richardson

Which Calgary communities do you serve?
All of Calgary and the surrounding area. Our deepest experience is in the inner city and south-west, including Altadore, Marda Loop, Killarney, Richmond, Elbow Park, Inglewood, Bridgeland, Hillhurst, Mount Pleasant, Aspen Woods and Springbank Hill, and we sell across the rest of the city and the communities around it.
How much is my Calgary home worth?

Do you help with new builds and pre-construction?
Yes. New construction is one of our specialties. We work with Calgary builders on new builds and pre-construction purchases, and we represent you, not the builder, during pricing, upgrades and possession.
What does it cost to work with your team?
There is no cost to meet with us and build a plan. Commission is negotiable and is always set out in writing before we start work on a sale, and we'll walk you through the full fee structure during your evaluation so there are no surprises.
Can you help me find off-market or coming-soon listings?
Yes. Our buyers hear about coming-soon and off-market Calgary homes through our team network before they reach the MLS®. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll send matches as we hear of them.
