Justin was born into a Real Estate oriented Family. His Grandfathers both had a diverse amount of experience with rental properties, building and renovating, land holdings and property development. From a young age, he spent the Summers helping his Father in the Family owned and operated custom home building business. He did not like the physical side of home building so decided to try his luck in sales. He worked his way to the top of the sales force at high end retail stores. After learning sales skills he decided to go back to his roots and sell houses. With this experience, he has gained a vast understanding of the real estate business from the ground up. Real Estate is his job as well as his passion. He thoroughly enjoys assisting his clients in the Calgary home buying and selling process. Justin has been in sales for 10 years and has been personally investing in real estate for 12 years. His knowledge and experience with different types of Real Estate makes him an asset to any transaction.

Justin believes that a combination of excellent customer service and surrounding yourself with like minded entrepreneurs and business people to assist his clients is a sure way to make it to the top.

Mardy is a family man who was born and raised in Calgary and was introduced to real estate at a very young age. His parents owned and managed a number of investment properties and as a kid he was always along for the journey. Growing up in this environment allowed Mardy to gain early knowledge of the industry and this is what ultimately led to his interest in real estate. After developing a love and knack for sales during his teenage years working in retail and door-to-door sales, he had a goal to transition into the real estate industry and take his skills to the next level as a Realtor.

After working in the oil field and the trades in his early twenties, he decided to take this hard earned work ethic from the labour force and apply it to real estate. His family, friends and co-workers all know Mardy as a dedicated hard-worker and a strong negotiator.
